Payments for live sessions, recorded courses, or bundled tutoring packages are non-refundable once booked or commenced. However, in exceptional cases such as platform technical failures, scheduling conflicts on our end, or other verifiable issues, we may provide credit, rescheduling, or alternate support at our discretion.

3. Freebies & Trial Access

Free resources, trial sessions, or complimentary access to any tools are provided “as is,” without any warranty or guarantee. Use of free materials is entirely at your discretion.

4. Payment Gateway & Accuracy
